Refund policy

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we are here to assist you throughout the process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy guidelines:

 

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please send an email with your order number and photos of the item to help@pistilsandpollen.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We will promptly address the issue and provide a solution. Claims deemed as our error will be covered at our expense.

 

Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event of a lost package during transit, please reach out via email to help@pistilsandpollen.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work diligently to investigate the situation and find a resolution that satisfies you.

 

Insufficient/Wrong Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If the courier deems the address insufficient and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Personal items, Face Masks, and Sealed Goods

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of personal items and sealed goods, including face masks. Please note that any returned orders with face masks cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of.

 

Buyer's Remorse

Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. If you are unhappy with your purchase because the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please send an email with your order number and photos of the item to help@pistilsandpollen.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Customers Residing in Brazil

Brazilian customers wishing to return an item must contact help@pistilsandpollen.com within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, providing a picture of the item. The return request will be evaluated, taking into account any use or destruction of the product. Refunds may not be possible in these cases.

 

EU Consumers Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, certain goods may not be eligible for withdrawal, such as personalized items or unsealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
